I think vision problems can be hereditary coz in my case, all the female members in our family wear glasses or contact lenses while the males don’t. Does that mean that no matter how much you take care of your eyes you would still get eye defect? And what’s gender got to do with it?

I often sit in front of my computer for long hours without feeling the need of having a break for a while. That’s how workaholic I am.. I think it has taken its toll on me as I am now experiencing blurry vision. Didn’t realize how important it is to take care of my eyes until the damage is done.

Be careful when using your contact lens cleaning solution. I thought I was gonna go blind when I mistook the cleaning solution for the eyedrops! yeah, very careless of me. My eyes turned red and got really inflamed. I immediately rushed to the doctor. Thankful it was healed after a few days.
